The judge allowed indemnity costs, which will raise the butcher’s bill a lot.
No info yet on whether or not the plaintiffs’ insurer is going to cough up.
If they do, that’s not going to look good after what the plaintiffs and their attorneys pulled.
I seriously doubt the plaintiffs came clean with their insurer about certain details.

$13 million as just the initial payment. Wow.
Will Meghan have to go back to making mostly forgettable movies?
The article doesn’t say.

Not much meat in the CNN article, but for those who were as curious as I was, the Brave AI yielded:
The seven high-profile claimants involved in the lawsuit against Associated Newspapers Limited were:
Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex
Elton John, musician
David Furnish, film producer and Elton John’s husband
Elizabeth Hurley, actress and model
Sadie Frost, actress
Doreen Lawrence, campaigner and mother of Stephen Lawrence
Simon Hughes, former Liberal Democrat politician
The accusation was illegal information gathering. It didn't help that the plaitiffs' star witness recanted his earlier testimony.

You're right. Just found an article at the Daily Mail.
Interesting.
I guess it's not going to matter because they're no longer a part of the Royal Family.
