Dr. Anthony Fauci has declined another Senate appearance, this one a voluntary, transcribed interview before Sen. Ron Johnson’s investigative subcommittee.
Johnson (R-WI) chairs the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, which is conducting a separate investigation into the federal COVID-19 response. The inquiry includes the safety and effectiveness of the vaccines.
The refusal came from Fauci’s attorney, David Schertler. He argued that forcing Fauci to appear again after the July 29 hearing would “impermissibly harass or degrade Dr. Fauci for political purposes.”

Ping us when there’s an indictment of this murderous villian.
If they want to get any information, they will have to grant him immunity.
Otherwise, he will take the fifth.
I guess it shows how serious the Senators are about getting information. It appears that they are just interested in clicks.
Grant him immunity? He’s the guy that needs to be in the electric chair.
Exactly. They want him to testify against himself.
Otherwise, he will take the fifth.
As he should, and as any good lawyer would advise.
Anything you say can and will be used against you, but never to help you.
No problem. I suspect he’s gonna spend a little time in the sunshine state where he can’t hide behind his bullsht pardon like the coward he is.
Sooner or later this Mr. Science mass murderer is going to have to run away to China. The World may never know who came up with the idea of creating a Virus to stage a coup but Fauci is definitely suspect #1.
I don’t feel bad hoping that someone just takes this POS out.
“””If they want to get any information, they will have to grant him immunity.
Exactly. They want him to testify against himself.””””
He has a pardon. They can’t charge him with a crime for past deeds.
We aren't a serious party.
We have been abandoned.
So you are saying he is guilty of something?
Maybe. Sort of. If you think Autopen Biden's pardon will stand up to scrutiny.
Autopen's pardon doesn't cover State charges. Autopen's pardon doesn't cover process crimes and perjury traps after the date of the pardon.
Anyone who seriously wants to put Fauci in prison where he belongs will have to do it without Fauci's help.
What did he do that he needs immunity from? What will he testify to that will get him in trouble? I thought he was the science?
Sounds suspicious to me.
“””Autopen’s pardon doesn’t cover process crimes and perjury traps after the date of the pardon.”””
So he can tell the truth without worrying about being prosecuted for past crimes. I am an uneducated deplorable and I was able to see what a peesashitt he was from day one.
He will be a pink mist on the condo balcony in some Mediterranean city, or a stroke-poisoning victim, by the very same people that turned him loose on us.
He was never supposed to be writing diaries like some middle school girl.
Anything you say can be used AGAINST you ... even if you’re completely innocent.
Invoking one’s rights under the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments must NEVER be taken as evidence of any sort of guilt. It is evidence that the person doing so is smart enough to refrain from giving government the wherewithal to hang him.
1) I hold the opinion, based on openly available facts, that “Dr.” Fauci is guilty of all manner of foul deeds, and that some of those foul deeds may even be criminal.
2) I recognize that Constitutional protections apply to the guilty as well as to the innocent. A wise, and legally well advised, person will avail himself of his Constitutional protections. Government and its agents are not your friends, and they’re not just “trying to clear things up”. They’re trying to put you in prison. Help them at your own peril.
How can you degrade someone when they are already the lowest form of life on the planet?
Anything he might say.
What will he testify to that will get him in trouble?
Anything he might say. It can be used against him.
Sounds suspicious to me.
Prosecutors with weak cases just LOVE that attitude.
Which is why he is taking the fifth.
By leaving out the entire context of my statement, you completely changed its meaning.
I was able to see what a peesashitt he was from day one.
I stipulate that the man is lower than whale excrement. He's still getting good legal advice.
