Leftist Judges Fighting a Losing Battle
American Thinker ^ | 16 Aug, 2026 | Clarice Feldman

We are in the dog days of summer here in Washington, D.C., and things are moving slowly, though not slowly enough for those leftist judges who are getting overruled in cases of extreme importance to their political supporters.

Safeguarding Mail-In Ballots

Everyone who gives it a minute’s thought knows how insecure the mail-in balloting process has been. Who was sent the ballot? Was the recipient eligible to vote? When did they sign it? When was it returned? Countless reports confirm that the process has been rife with fraud.

In an effort to safeguard the process, on March 31, 2026, President Trump signed Executive Order No. 14,399, which, in my opinion, may be a more significant measure than the stalled SAVE Act. Bill Shipley has done a fine job explaining the order, the threat it poses to Democrats, and the process of the five cases they and their allies have filed to block implementation of the order.

Summarizing the most significant features of the order:

When federal offices are on the ballot, under Article II of the Constitution, only citizens may vote, and the chief executive is responsible to see that laws, including this one, are not violated. ”It is not enough to just prosecute offenders after the elections are over.”

The Department of Homeland Security is directed to work with other federal agencies “to create state-by-state lists of U.S. citizens residing in each state who will be eligible to vote in the next general election.” Those lists will be sent to the states.

The USPS is to provide by regulation a process by which each state may notify the USPS its intention to use the U.S. mails in conducting its election and deliver to the USPS those persons enrolled in the mail-in balloting system. (The “Participation List.”)

These judges are active participants in the fraud.

“These judges are active participants in the fraud.”

It seems to me that once someone is indoctrinated to leftist thought, nothing is off limits if it furthers the cause.

The ends justify the means.

If we had honest elections, the mid-terms would allow the GOP to hold on to power in both houses. And I think that would still hold true in 2028, with another Republican president in the White House.

Imagine a world in which all of the judicial tricks have been tried and have failed, and also where we had Congressional leadership that wanted to support the president. Things would change for the better quite quickly.

The leftist judges are engaged in delay. The idea is to frustrate enforcement of the EO as long as possible.

They never seem to be punished for their wrong rulings. Seems if the Supreme Court over turns a judge’s ruling there should be consequences!

Another FReeper said most of these rogue judges are either first generation foreigners or offspring of foreigners.

I blame the Republican voters. They need to do better.

From the article:

“Like too many lower court judges who think their job is to hamstring the Administration’s agendas despite what higher courts have ruled, Judge Burroughs overstepped. This time, Congressman Andy Ogles stepped up to the plate and filed a bill of impeachment against Judge Burroughs. Almost immediately, Judge Burroughs reversed herself and found that the challengers had no right to an extension of their temporary status, that the Supreme Court’s Mullin ruling controlled, and that ruling foreclosed their theory and her original ruling.”

Yes, trying to run out the clock so there is not time to implement the EOs before the midterm election.

We'll see what the Postal workers' unions do.

Democrats well know that without vote fraud they would lose most elections other than local.

I will go to my grave believing Trump won in 2020 and but for vote fraud, hapless, mentally infirm Biden became POTUS.

But why aren't Trump's institutionally indoctrinated advisors also trying to win the court of public opinion on mail-in ballots by pointing out that US Mail Service policy has constitutional priority over elite desperate Democrats trying to rig state elections with mail-in ballots.

It’d be a shame if the USPS temporarily shut down once early voting started in these states. Think of all of the junk mail that wouldn’t be filling up mailboxes.

They are winning. Their fight is to delay until the midterms. Then, let every impeachment go forward regardless of merit.

Until the Fed starts putting individuals into jail, and doing it loudly, the US is done for. We need a bloodbath that will terrorize the little rats (deep state) into saying, “nope, not this time”.

So Judges get a “do over?”

How does that work? He issues his ruling and the case is over (unless there is an appeal). After the ruling he is faced with a bill of impeachment. So, he goes back and issues a new ruling contradicting his earlier ruling. But what is the basis for the new ruling? Did new evidence arise? Or did a bill of impeachment arise?
