That was an absolutely crazy and pathetic scene. The young man wasn’t doing anything buy carrying bought merchandise.
The first ‘policemen’ was about half his size and could not make the bat holder stop and wait for cuffs, so the policeman sort of ‘danced backwards’ while holding the culprit/victim in a tight bear hug. Crowds were staring in confusion and disbelief. If this continues, the police will lose even more respect from the public.
People havevto start fighting back. Even an officer just walking by should result in mass ridicule and name calling. Arrest one person, youre going to have to arrest 50,000, every single time. If they go to somebody’s house, people pile into the street to make it impossible to cart somebody away.
If it were up to me, the entire country would converge and prevent the police from enforcing the law.
Until at the end when a citizen helped the cop by putting the citizens arm across his back. I was thinking - wth are you doing?
Don’t worry...at the rate they are going there won’t be an England much longer.
No one “respects” the British police anymore.
