Most people say ‘no,’ and the law certainly does.
Which brings us to James O’Keefe, who filmed a series of Michigan voters and election workers in the primary this week nakedly committing and condoning election fraud.

Obviously, non-citizens who don’t belong here have been voting in elections. O’Keefe pinned two Iranians who seem to have voted and who were on the voter rolls. The videos are out there, and many investigative reporters have proved similar crimes, so it probably wasn’t hard.
Non-citizen voting, by illegal and legal immigrants, that thing that never happens, the experts say, actually seems pretty common. We saw it in California. We saw it in New Jersey and Virginia. Now we see it in Michigan.
With elections as close as they are—extremist Democrat Abdul El-Sayed won his Democrat primary for Senate by 15,697 mostly late-arriving ballots—it’s obvious that a certain number of this Michigan result’s votes were illegally cast for an anti-American Islamofascist who did not represent the will of Michigan’s voters.
Iranian nationals who support the mullah regime would have motive to cast their ballots for El-Sayed, given El-Sayed’s positions

Illegal immigrants voting was always the plan.
Republicans won’t go for this at all. They might benefit.
My friends the idea is not to expose the election fraud as much as it’s to get the left fighting amongst themselves. A 1% win makes it ripe.
Not only throwing out an election, but carrying through with trials, convictions, and sentencing for election officials who gave aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States by permitting such massive electrion fraud.
The courts have access to enough utility poles and rope.
NO! Trying to do so should get them thrown out of the US immediately, or jail them.
A showdown will soon be needed. The honestly elected will have to refuse to accept the dishonestly elected — at all levels of government. The non-cheaters cannot co-exist with the cheaters.

No. If you have evidence of individuals committing election fraud send them to jail — unless they rat out who hired them to do that. Then, send THEM to jail.
Only dealing with individuals will fix a problem. Quit playing the commie trash game of saying the system is at fault. No, it is individuals within the system that are corrupting the system’s laws. Jail them.
Illegal voting is a serious issue that needs to be addressed, but what discretion do poll workers have? Do they have roles beyond the very defined and simple - verify that the person has ID, that they are registered, and the id picture matches their face?
O’ Keefe better stick to roaming red stats, any Dem run state will extradite him to Michigan in a heartbeat to face felony charges by Nessel for filming without permission or something like that.

So how are they out loose to do this? The people responsible for their release should pay a penalty for the crimes these people are perpetrating.

On FR and elsewhere I have often said “It is rare that non-citizens vote. It is even more rare that illegals vote as those few non-citizens who vote are mostly legals with a visa.
It is vote-harvesters who vote on behalf of non-citizens...and the dead, minors 16-17, movers, vacant houses, vacant lots.”
These statements are based on extensive experience in the Hispanic, mostly Mexican illegals and legals.
I would be interested in more experience and data from non-Hispanic non-citizens. How can vote fraud be accurately quantified, proven, in specific races?
It would seem more important to feed prosecutors with 100 proven cases than with a 1,000 unproven cases.
In my experience, even when the proof is air tight, prosecutors do not want to touch vote fraud...It is not the way to advance one’s career.
