A naturally aspirated engine with as little computer controls as possible wouldn’t pass the EPA specs for pollution and fuel mileage.
The rest would work: no power windows, power locks, manual transmission, key start, analog speedo and gages, AC optional, plain AM/FM radio, No digital anything on the dash..........
Maybe the EPA needs to change its spects. Nothing has been the same since that piece of crap was authorized.
