Hard to believe. They have plenty of money. Sounds like they pick losers to run.

Exactly. These “whistling past the graveyard” stories are just that. Democrat candidates in EVERY Senate and critical House election have tons of money. Yet we are to believe they are all starving for cash and standing on a street corner somewhere with a tin cup in their hands, begging for spare change.
Also: the little tidbit about “Democrat party very unpopular in polls” is accurate. The fact that the Republican party is even MORE unpopular seems to have been omitted, however.
It would take quite a bit of mental gymnastics to assert that one set of polls is correct while the other set is totally false. But some people are desperately “flexible” when it comes to this stuff.
Regardless of whether party favorability is being measured, or voting intentions in November, they all show the same thing and the only difference is the degree to which Republicans come out second-best.
Perhaps (1) ending a vastly unpopular war and (2) passing a vastly popular SAVE act would get things turned around (the question is, would it be enough at this point)?
But the status of point #1 fluctuates daily and nothing really changes; and point #2 is dead.
Have a good chance of taking the Senate in November. I was surprised that some of the states that are in jeopardy for us. Nebraska of all places. Ohio, North Carolina, Iowa, Alaska. We shouldn’t even really be fighting these. even Texas and state of Maine may be a fight. We should be trying to get more seats instead of fighting to keep seats.
Think why, just before an important midterm, they have financial problems? Never noticed the DNC broke. Now they suggests donations are down, not increased spending.
Act blue being watched.
Cartels trafficking down.
Border closed.
Singham under investigation.
State Department USAID can’t recycle.
Did the democrats ever have real any substantial grass root donors, or has been illegal stuff for years?
They may still have big donors giving to specific candidates but the smaller donors who give to the party are disappearing and the new young DSA supporters don’t have any money to donate.
