This video, presented by *Doc Rich*, argues that the *Democratic Party* is in a state of financial and political "shambles" leading into the upcoming midterms. The creator cites several factors, including poor fundraising numbers, internal conflict, and low voter favorability.
**Key highlights from the video include:**
* **Financial Difficulties:** The video reports that the *DNC* is struggling with debt and has low cash reserves compared to the *RNC*. It highlights a *New York Times* report noting that the *Democratic Party* has even asked vendors to delay billing until after the midterm elections (1:24 - 2:06). Additionally, the *DNC* reportedly used its headquarters as collateral for a $15 million line of credit (2:09 - 2:17).
* **Internal Struggles:** The video discusses friction within the party, including an alleged interaction between *Hakeem Jeffries* and *Bernie Sanders* regarding endorsements (0:33 - 0:46), as well as a reported outburst by *DNC Chair Ken Martin* (2:23 - 2:56).
* **Low Approval Ratings:** The creator highlights data suggesting the *Democratic Party's* brand is suffering, with low favorability ratings (7:37 - 8:02) and a majority of voters viewing the party as "too liberal" (8:29 - 8:52).
* **Midterm Outlook:** The video analyzes the competitive landscape for the *House* and *Senate*, arguing that *Republicans* are gaining ground due to redistricting and the current political climate, making it difficult for *Democrats* to retain control (11:28 - 14:48).
Ultimately, the creator posits that the combination of financial constraints, negative public perception, and economic concerns (like cost of living) puts the *Democrats* at a significant disadvantage for the upcoming elections (16:07 - 17:03).

DSA Fund can and will improve. But there are also legal limitations: nonprofit laws are not set up to help socialists. For example, people ask why we cannot limit attendance of our conference to elected officials formally endorsed by DSA. But a 501c3 (DSA Fund) cannot be viewed by the IRS as subsidizing a 501c4 (DSA) electoral program, so we have to keep these events open to non-endorsees and even non-members like Sanders. We believe that improved dialogue between socialist electeds and DSA activists is a critical part of what the DSA Fund can offer. We have not intentionally invited socialist electeds who have a bad relationship with their chapters and improved dialogue between the DSA Fund and DSA activists will help ensure outreach to elected officials as representative as possible of DSA’s electoral project in the future.
Our ability to help DSA has been increasingly limited by events outside our control. The DSA Fund is also much smaller than DSA. We currently have only two employees, about one-tenth of DSA’s staff. The DSA Fund does have an agreement to pay for office spaces and other materials, which helps DSA’s budget. However, because of the staff layoffs at DSA, the DSA Fund was forced to seek outside staffing help and no longer just reimbursed DSA for use of its staff. For instance, we no longer receive support from the DSA development director, a role we used to work closely with. This staffing reality has reduced the DSA Fund’s ability to support DSA.
I am excited for what is next for DSA and the DSA Fund. I hope that the infrastructure we are building will be strong enough given the current political attacks on everything we hold dear. Now is a time for collaboration, coordination, and teamwork as we head into uncharted waters. Socialist unity, even in the context of boring nonprofit law, is essential.
I can agree with that
Driving high-IQ Jews out of leadership position and replacing them with blacks and Third World communists comes with predictable results.
If the Democrats take Congress, especially with their extreme leftist policies, it will be largely due to Republicans not voting at all. Republicans, especially those who do not routinely vote in off year elections, are extremely disillusioned because the Republicans in Congress, especially the Senate, seem to hate Trump more than they care about the USA or their constituents. How else can allowing Trump zero recess appointments be explained? This is only one example.
People like me who vote in every election, even primaries, will still vote even though we are thoroughly disgusted with the many RINOs.

Money is going directly to candidates. Makes sense. The DNC is useless.
Very astute.
The Iran conflict isn’t even in the top 10 issues of the upcoming midterm election;
The upcoming 2026 midterm elections are shaped by several critical issues that voters are prioritizing. Here are the top ten concerns:
1. Economy
The economy remains the foremost issue, with many voters focusing on job security and rising costs of living.
2. Healthcare
Access to affordable healthcare is a significant concern, with voters worried about costs and availability.
3. Election Integrity
Voters are increasingly concerned about the integrity of elections, including issues like ballot security and political pressure on election officials.
4. Cost of Living
Rising costs for essentials such as gas, groceries, and housing are major worries for many households.
5. Political Leadership Accountability
There is a strong desire for accountability among political leaders, particularly regarding their actions and decisions affecting the public.
6. Education
Concerns about the quality and accessibility of education, including funding for schools and student debt, are prominent.
7. Immigration
Immigration policies and their impact on communities are significant issues for voters.
8. Climate Change
Environmental concerns, including climate change and sustainability, are increasingly important to the electorate.
9. Social Justice
Issues related to social justice, including racial equality and police reform, are also on voters’ minds.
10. National Security
Voters are concerned about national security, including foreign policy and defense strategies.
The problem is that when you ask the wrong questions you get the wrong answers.
That is how illegal immigration remained “under the radar” for polling organizations for many years until it blew up in the Democrats faces in the first election of President Trump.
“Since half the money the dnc gets is from Jewish Americans it was probably a bad idea to run anti semitic candidates. I think they could get away with candidates who are simply indifferent toward Israel but outwardly hostile wasn’t going to fly with a lot of peoples”
Quite honestly, I think that is the only reason they are broke. When 2% of the US demographic that historically supplies over half DNC party funds gets pissed off at being the party pinata, their funds dry up. Ever since the victim oriented Democrat Party decided to make Palestinians their pet sympathy victim and the party’s primary donator the bad guy, their wallets remained closed. They should have picked another “victim” to build a political narrative around.
Here’s the bottom line. A Liberal Democrat Party would win the Senate and 40 seats in th house. No such Party exists. We will keep the senate and the House is a coin flip. The Democrats brand is now far left.
Could be a toss up between “USAid” losing money , ACTBlue having a harder time laundering money and pissing off Jewish Americans.
Even if liberal Jewish Americans don’t care about Israel I doubt they want to the party’s punching bag.
One more example of a “non issue” that became explosive under the radar was the 2024 brilliant “Kamala supports they/them” ad.
There were no polls that showed anybody cared much about trans issues.
But—the Trump campaign was smart enough to focus group a bunch of ads and they figured out this one was fire.
Why? Because the trans issue was a symbol of elitists cramming down their cultural views down the throats of the “great unwashed” of all races—and backing that up with a variety of legislation and regulation.
People were sick of it.
No polls caught it.
One of President Trump’s strengths is leadership and decisiveness. He says is going to do things and he actually gets things done. That has become a (often unspoken) part of the Republican brand.
The Democrats have become known for wild promises while the states and particularly cities they control have turned into toxic waste dumps.
The old expression applies here:
“success has many fathers, failure is an orphan”.
Once you fail and then try to spin you lose large chunks of the political capital you gained with your successes. The more you spin the more voters figure you are just like the Democrats.
That will not convert Republicans into Democrats—but it may convince some Republicans and Republican leaning independents to stay home—varying by each individual race of course.
Polling would need to be very clever to catch this. General issue polling is useless in such a situation.
They may still have big donors giving to specific candidates but the smaller donors who give to the party are disappearing and the new young DSA supporters don’t have any money to donate.
The biennial hazard for the gop is indifference and voter turnout. Always drops off for midterms, while the rat ballot machines continue to whir away.
Since the Democrats insist upon taxing the wealthy into poverty, it is not surprising that said wealthy would stop donating.
“…saw maybe 1/2 dozen Trump/ Maga signs the entire way.”
They may be concerned that their property will be defaced or destroyed if they show their conservative opinions.
