The ICC's Top Prosecutor Just Got Fired for Sexual Misconduct After Targeting Netanyahu
Based Underground Substack ^ | 25 July 2026 | J D Rucker

The man who tried to put Benjamin Netanyahu in handcuffs for defending his people just lost his own job over allegations of non-consensual sex with a junior staffer. Karim Khan, the International Criminal Court’s chief prosecutor, was removed Friday by a vote of the court’s member states. Eighty-two of 125 nations decided he had to go. It is the first time in the ICC’s history that a sitting chief prosecutor has been tossed out.

The ICC can go take a flying leap. They have no authority or jurisdiction in the U.S.

“Yes, Jack Smith worked with the International Criminal Court (ICC) as an investigation coordinator from 2008 to 2010.”

Hmmm.....

Karim Khan is a Muslim. Those 43 nations probably believe that “cultural differences” is a good enough reason for a Muslim to do whatever he wishes.
🙁

From 2008 to 2010, Smith worked as investigation coordinator for the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands.[19][17] In that position, he oversaw cases against government officials and militia members accused of war crimes and genocide

“...allegations of non-consensual sex with a junior staffer.” Don’t we call that Rape? So they fired him instead of prosecuting him??? Hmmm

From the article...

"Karim Khan believed that by launching a political witch hunt against Israel and issuing a politically motivated arrest warrant against Prime Minister Netanyahu, the world would ignore the grave sexual misconduct allegations against him. He was wrong,"

This dude is a bad hombre.

“Rubio said he will pressure member states to withdraw from the institution, sanction organizations that work with the court and ban staff from traveling to the United States. Countries that “enjoy the benefits of the U.S. security umbrella” will be called upon to reject the court’s jurisdiction over U.S. citizens”.

this is another:

“Trump’s administration already has brought sanctions against Khan and a dozen other ICC staff in retaliation for warrants the court has issued for top Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, over the war in Gaza and investigations into U.S. personnel in Afghanistan.

“Karim Khan believed that by launching a political witch hunt against Israel and issuing a politically motivated arrest warrant against Prime Minister Netanyahu, the world would ignore the grave sexual misconduct allegations against him. He was wrong,” Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations, Danny Danon, said in a statement”.

I’m thinking Mamdani is using this same tactic, inspired by this move and it is now backfiring in both.

Remember the unsourced reports claiming that Trump yelled at Netanyahu regarding Iran, saying that if it wasn’t for him Bibi would be in jail. That makes it sound like Trump is covering for Bibi’s crimes. But just like Trump’s pardoning of the J6ers and the attempt to have his own lawsuit earnings from the IRS used to compensate people subjected to criminal lawfare, Trump would actually have been protecting Bibi from the same lawless crap Trump suffered under for years right here in the US.

The lawless thugs are absolutely consistent, and Trump’s response is absolutely consistent.

The ICC’s top prosecutor only had the job in the first place because his overlords could control him through blackmail.

How does Israel keep their enemies dealt with?

Keep tabs on their sexual activities.

Some can be discredited the others blackmailed.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu due to their beliefs that Netanyahu bears criminal responsibility for war crimes and crimes against humanity committed during Isreal’s war in Gaza.

The ICC’s Pre-Trial Chamber cites the following specific actions and charges:

<><>Starvation of Gazans, and others, as a weapon of war:

<><>Intentionally depriving Gaza’s civilian population of basic survival items, including willfully impeding relief supplies and humanitarian aid to Gaza.

<><>Intentionally directing attacks: IDF targeting the civilian population in Gaza.

<><>Crimes against humanity including murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts.

Netanyahu and the Israeli government strongly deny these allegations. Israel does not recognize the ICC’s jurisdiction. Because the ICC lacks its own police force, it relies on its 124 member states to enforce the warrants.

This obligates member countries to arrest Netanyahu if he enters their territory, though enforcement varies internationally and is not recognized by non-member states like the United States.

For official case documents and background, view the International Criminal Court Profile.

But they do matter.

ICC is affecting the U.S. in detrimental ways and now we see the guy running the ICC is guilty of sexual misconduct with a female aide. Prob more than that but their ousting of him does not mean they are not a problem.

On 21 November 2024, following an investigation of war crimes and crimes against humanity, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for two senior Israeli officials, Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of Israel, and Yoav Gallant, the former Minister of Defense of Israel, alleging responsibility for the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts during the Gaza war. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICC_arrest_warrants_for_Israeli_leaders

New York has a mayor who has shown he is anti-Israel. Israel is the U.S. ally and has had repeated attacks from Gaza for years. They are defending their country yet Mayor Mamdani wants to arrest Netanyahu, declares him a criminal in league with the ICC.

“Palestinian armed groups committed violations of international humanitarian law, war crimes and crimes against humanity during their attacks in southern Israel that started on 7 October 2023,” the human rights watchdog said in a 173-page report.

Hamas started as an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood in 1987. Its name means Islamic Resistance Movement.

It is opposed to the existence of Israel on what it says is Palestinian land. It wants a state based on Islam in its place and across the occupied West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/clyv7w3gdy2o

Anti-Israel ‘Squad’ member Rashid Tlaib fundraises for NYC mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani. https://nypost.com/2025/05/04/us-news/rashid-tlaib-fund-raises-for-nyc-mayoral-candidate-zohran-mamdani/

Rashida Tlaib is a U.S. Representative from Michigan, serving since 2019, and is the first Palestinian American woman elected to Congress. She is a member of the Democratic Party and known for her progressive stance on various issues.

The U.S. is being radicalized to an Islamic sentiment with ones running for political office in favor of destroying our country as we know it, everywhere. These ones are in favor of the positions of the ICC. If Rashida Tlaib, a Representative from Michigan is a Palestinian in favor of Palestine then it stands to reason she is for arresting Netanyahu. Then it also stands to reason Mamdani who wanted to do so and only cannot because we are not a member of the ICC has the same sentiment as Tlaib and stands in opposition to the U.S. police of defending our ally, Israel.

This is her statement: “The International Criminal Court’s long overdue decision to issue arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity signals that the days of the Israeli apartheid government operating with impunity are ending. Since this genocide began, the United States has provided more than $18 billion in weapons to the Israeli government. The Biden Administration can no longer deny that those sameUS weapons have been used in countlesswar crimes. Those American officials facilitating this genocide can no longer deny that their Israeli counterparts have used starvation as a weapon of war against a captive civilian population. Our government must urgently end our complicity in these violations of human rights and international law. We must stop arming and funding this genocide and end all weapons shipments to the Israeli apartheid regime now. Today’s historic arrest warrants cannot bring back the dead and displaced, but they are a major step towards holding war criminals accountable. Netanyahu and Gallant must be arrested and brought before the ICC.” https://tlaib.house.gov/posts/tlaib-statement-on-icc-arrest-warrants-for-netanyahu-and-gallant-for-war-crimes-and-crimes-against-humanity

We do not belong to it. We did not belong to the Nazi party, either, but it mattered.

Jack Smith led the prosecution of Hacim Thaci at theICC Kosovo section. He was reappointed during President Trump’s first term. His announcement of the indictment—some six months prior to the specified period of review according to court rules— interrupted a planned peace conference between Kosovo and Serbia, that was to commence with a signing ceremony atthe White House. Not sure but Thaci has been in jail since.
The trial was ongoing when Jack dropped it and came here to prosecute the ex-prez.
President Trump is a vocal critic of the Hague ICC and they’re not fond of him. This is not news.
What strikes me as curious is that Merit Garland would call him back— or did he?
Did the ICC send him, or was there an agreement between the dems and the ICC?
In short: was Jack Smith working on behalf of a foreign entity at odds with us?
Nobody’s asking that question.
