Qualified women should certainly take their place at the top if they are the best candidates for the job...but that’s not what’s happening.

In 2023, the New York Times ran an article entitled, “Increasingly, Women Are Running the World’s Great Museums.” Some of the museums mentioned were the Louvre, the Vatican Museum, and the National Gallery of Art.
But it’s not only museums where women dominate. Other arts and cultural institutions seem to be on a permanent trajectory to hire women as CEOs. On the surface, this shouldn’t be a problem. Qualified women should certainly take their place at the top if they are the best candidates for the job.
But….
There seems to be a troubling common denominator here. The vast majority of the women in these positions fit a certain mold. They come pre-stamped and processed. They are monochrome, feminist, left-leaning women schooled in the progressive agenda.
That agenda might be summed up this way: they are the products of left-leaning universities where life is seen through a lens of oppressor and the oppressed. Feminist and gender ideology is also a big part of the mix, and so suddenly you have heretofore great cultural institutions like the Athenaeum of Philadelphia bowing before the latest left-wing craze to come down the pike.
The Athenaeum used to be a unique place. Once an institution of great cultural impact, it has now been “democratized” in a weedy grassroots way — thanks to the death of many of the classically educated old white men on the board and the institution’s takeover by a board of political progressives, all inspired by female leadership.
What happened to the Athenaeum of Philadelphia reminds me very much of what the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History has turned into: a museum too

They seem to hire marxist women who love to scold people about the grievance du jour.
There was a time nobody wanted these angry, screamin banshees kept out of politics.
It’s not that they are women. It’s that they are leftist activists who will use their position to force radical views on everyone else.
They were put there to do just that.
They are Deep State’s handmaidens.
Rep. Brandon Gill was all over the (FEMALE) director of the Smithsonian last week: Anthea Hartig, Director of the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History,
GILL: Is it important to be polite?
HARTIG: Yes
GILL: Your organization says politeness is a defining characteristic of white supremacy culture. Ma’am, are you a white supremacist?
HARTIG: No, sir.
GILL: Why does your organization say being polite is part of being a white supremacist?
And here, as to whether or not Micky Mouse is racist (according to the Smithsonian, he is):
GILL: Is Mickey Mouse racist?
HARTIG: Mickey Mouse is not racist.
GILL: According to the Smithsonian Institute, one of your exhibits referenced Mickey Mouse as “one of the last vestiges of black-faced minstrelsy.” Would you describe that as racist?

Well if you say so
RUINING.. There, fixed it.
There is an interesting operating psychological mechanism involved in this motivational architecture that abets social drift toward democratic socialism: Women being physically inferior to men, feel the need to solicit government to enforce their social preferences. That need concentrates police power in those few hands who wield it (which those that do like just fine). Being also (generally) more likely to base action upon emotional constructs and feeling more secure in collective action, women are then more likely to go off the deep end as individuals to effect those emotionally-determined political ends. Virtue signaling among them is a way of organizing a social hierarchy within the group. That radicalizes those who attain such status.
I think of such posturing as 'yacking across the fence.'
Between the LBTCQ?&*^% community and white women, America does not have a future.
The liberal, activist , women judges along with liberal women running the SS when Trump was almost taken out. Liberal women on the SCOTUS. Liberal women are a huge problem in the USA when they have positions of power.
Museum ain’t the only thing they’re running - they’re taking over the government, by the number that are getting elected into offices.
We’re quickly becoming a matriarchy... and islamists are salivating at their prospects for takeover.
The best museum campus I have ever been to is in Abu Dhabi. They have a Louvre (which compares Asian European and African art at different times in history) and a Guggenheim, plus a Japanese Teamlab immersive art museum. and a world history museum that specializes in evolution. When I was there it had Lucy from Ethiopia. Their is also a religions museum that compares and contrasts the Abraham religions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. It has a working mosque church and synagogue. And everything is brand new. If you ever go to Dubai, this campus is a long cab ride away. And frankly its the most interesting thing to see in the UAE.
You have people that know about the subject matter find artifacts, interview witnesses, collect data and present it, in a way that is “concentrated.”
They do the research, you possibly are able to see an authentic piece of history, maybe even touch it.
A good museum makes you feel like you just drank from a firehouse.
An excellent museum captures the attention of young and old, those that already know something on the subject, and those that are clueless.

When you have people with an ideology / social agenda that feel the urge to inject their views running these places, they decline, PERIOD.
One can argue everyone has an agenda, but I would claim that not to be the case. People do understand what it means to be objective and unbiased.
However, especially the left feels that their views are SUPERIOR and that they are justified injecting their bias into everything. Why you see Hollywood crank out movies like the Odyssey.
Not everything is important: somethings, events or people have had a profound impact, while others do not.
A museum is supposed to show you those things which had an impact, may it be history, archaeology, paintings and sculptures, science, military, health care, air planes, religion, cars, trains, stamps or Barbie Dolls...
When someone diverts the attention away from the real purpose / mission of that museum and refocuses it on some personal ideological agenda, they cheapen the museum.
These Marxist females have lot more time available to be destructive since they aren’t chasing around 3+ kids.
We have to break down the university system. It is deeply flawed and won’t get better on its own.
“The Science Museum in London has agreed to alter an exhibit on human biology and sex characteristics after receiving complaints over a perceived lack of transgender representation and its “non-inclusive narrative.” - July 2026
“The Natural History Museum in London has issued an apology for renting out its building to the right-wing nonprofit National Conservatism, which has drawn criticism for its extreme views on immigration, religion, and climate change, for a gala last month.” - June 2023
“a woman was shamed during a visit to London’s V&A Museum, simply for nursing her child in the courtyard.
Her response to the incident was hilarious. Sharing what had happened with her Twitter followers, @Vaguechera highlighted the hypocrisy of the V&A shaming her for showing her nipple when the museum’s exhibition halls feature so many depictions of a woman’s bare breasts.” - August 2017
I’d have no problem with somebody like Dr. Rebecca Grant running the AF and Smithsonian Air and Space Museum’s. I’ve been seeing her on Fox News a lot lately and she’s very good at what she does.

The next person to push the nuclear button is more likely to be a woman than a man.
