Yep- either a recalcitrant, defiant attitude mixed with a touch of battery on an officer, and/or they 5150’d him as he’d gone off the rails (pun intended) and needed immediate psychiatric help.
Look at the detain photo in post 12. He looks a tad jacked up on something. Smug, smirk.
