The Pasadena, California, estate at 380 South San Rafael Avenue, known to generations of viewers as stately Wayne Manor from the 1960s Batman series, hit the market this week at $32 million. If it sells anywhere near that number, it will shatter the Pasadena residential record. The twist: the current record belongs to this same house, which traded off-market last July for $20.5 million.

Does it come with the caves?
And the Batmobile?
No, apparently Aunt Harriet and Alfred are among the expulsions.

The show’s interiors, including the fireman’s poles behind the bookcase, were shot on soundstages at Culver City Studios. The Pasadena property provided only the exterior, made iconic by the show’s establishing shot with the Batmobile roaring down the drive.

The owner is insane. He bought it for $20.5 million did some minor things to the house and now wants $32.0 million? No thanks! Sheer greed!
Asking’s one thing. Getting’s another. One of my ex-neighbors listed his place for $2 million. He got $600K.
That in no way sounds like the caped crusader Batman.
I remember hearing that it burned down a few years ago, but that must have been a mistake. It was a different house that burned.
The Brady Bunch house in North Hollywood sold for $3.2 million a couple years back....
Is this the one that got renovated to match the TV set?
I tried to buy it at 32M but apparently its a bidder’s war now.
yep.
I went to google maps and found it.
Its a HUGE house but you can’t see it from a road.
Cool, I’ve always wanted my own nuclear reactor.

Mike Brady must have been a crappy architect, 6 kids in 2 bedrooms and they shared a bathroom
After looking at the interior my wife would say "It's nice, but the kitchen's kinda small".
Yeah, an HGTV special. The kids chipped in too
