Nevada has a large homeless population and it has grown significantly with the downturn in casino employment.
...AND ...if , as you so in kindly assume she is a junkie why don’t you call around there in Nevada and see what you can do to help her instead of sitting on your throne and pontificating
Where I live, Lane County, Oregon, the percentage of homeless who are drug users is roughly 85%. When offered assistance and treatment, the vast majority refused.
