“...He’s wearing a gray suit and dark tie, along with handcuffs and ankle cuffs...”
Hope the hand and ankle cuffs matched. Seem really a clash for him not to be dressed in the best fashion of the time. Who cares. This whole article was not to call it equal justice but a opinionated entry to his welfare and that his attorneys can find a way to get him off.
But let’s look at the evidence:
Robinson faces charges of aggravated murder, two counts of obstruction of justice and felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, two counts of witness tampering and commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child.
He came in voluntarily. But he knew it was just inevitable with all the law enforcement pressure that he, his picture in the news, the gun, the gun on the news,” he said. “He knew it was inevitable that he would be caught.”
And one of the first things the attorneys did was try for a plea bargain away from the death penalty.
If it walks like a duck, quacks like duck...

In a way I want him to plead guilty and save the taxpayers’ money. But on the other hand, I do NOT want the death penalty taken off the table.
He told his parents what he had done, and they were the ones who turned him in to law enforcement.
If he can plead guilty and still receive the death penalty, DO it. The woman who is his lawyer is a publicity hound. I watched her on the Kouri Richins trial, and she objects to everything. Just to get attention, in my opinion.
Ha. He is supposed to have a gay lover and the reputation is for gay men to be really top drawer at accessorizing.
