Oh, there would be a celebration, all right, but only of leftist ideology.

Not a celebration, but a remembrance parade.

First would come a legion of blacks wearing shackles and chains on their wrist, with no shirts and a white man behind them, holding a cross in one hand and cracking a whip continuously with the other.

Next, a group of American Indians with signs demanding the immediate return of all their tribal lands. Some would have campaign signs for a certain high cheek-boned senator.

Next would come LGBTQs, some demanding to be allowed to compete in sports of the opposite sex, all wearing either DSA or NAMBLA t-shirts. And, of course, a white man behind them holding up a Bible in one hand, a cross in the other and cursing at them all.

Followed by legions of students who will be holding signs about freeing Palestine and Gaza, pictures of their spiritual leader the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, and some cryptic signs that simply have the slogan, "Yoodin Rowse!"

There would be more, but I'm sure you get the point.
