Inflation is reducing the value of the debt and of the interest paid.

Currency devaluation has been the way rulers reduce debt since the beginning of time. The technique is taught to all princes in their econ 101 class while learning to be King

“Inflation is reducing the value of the debt and of the interest paid.”

No it is not. The growth of new debt particularly since Biden is debt growth, and interest, growing faster than inflation, and now inflation is cooling; and the new Fed Chair is intent on keeping inflation down.

And don’t confuse what inflation may do tot the purchasing value of the dollar, which is not the same as the market-value of the dollar, as against other currencies, and that “value of the dollar” is up currently.
