UFC fighter Josh Hokit recently explained that when he said “Michelle Obama is a man,” it was intended as a compliment, not an insult.
“I thought I was giving her a compliment,” he said, per The Hollywood Reporter, in an appearance on “The Ariel Helwani Show.”
“Michelle Obama being a man. It’s like, she knows how to deal with adversity. She knows how to work hard like a man when the times get tough.”
