Last week, Anthony Fauci notified us that he will not voluntarily testify before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, even though he had previously agreed to do so. Therefore, today we have issued a subpoena for him to publicly testify.

I pray that Fauci lives long and in fear of the Nuremberg rope dance of which he is far more evil than those did the rope dance. They killed thousands he killed millions. Rope dance is good.

Technically, because the pardon gives him immunity Fauci risks being held in contempt by refusing to answer, but good luck getting that througb in the DC Circuit. Even though that’s what sent Breitbart and Navarro to jail.
Wnat do you mean Nixon’s pardon was worthless becauze he resigned? If he had pardoned himself before he resigned subsequent resignation would have no effect on the pardon, and that’s not what happened, anyway. Ford, as president, pardoned him. Absolutely bulletproof for federal prosecution.
I think we ought to try him in the International Criminal Court.
