GOP's Mike Collins' chances of defeating Jon Ossoff in Georgia Senate Race
YAHOO ^

Cook Political Report has the race as leaning Democrat, an improvement for Ossoff from when Cook rated it a "toss up." Collins brings several potential strengths to a general election matchup. One is support from Trump. The endorsement is likely to energize the Republican base. Ossoff enters the race with a formidable financial position. He has built a large campaign war chest and outraised his Republican rivals, giving him a significant resource edge heading into the general election.

Once a reliably Republican state, Georgia has become one of the country's most competitive battlegrounds. For Ossoff, success may depend on maintaining his fundraising edge, appealing to suburban and independent voters, and capitalizing on the economic frustration among Georgians.

**The only way any of the 3 win is for both Trump and non-Trump Republicans to vote together for the same ticket.**
As I remember Ralph Reed once ran the state party when they won both a senate seat AND the governor’s office. It’s doable. What’s he been up to?

**Who the hell would I have a beer with Hillary or Kamala? That’s why Trump easily WON.**
Between the two I’d go with Kamala. If there’s a happy ending I’d have less regret.

Let’s see. Debate-30 minutes only. 2 candidates on empty stomachs each drink a glass of Merlot/Chardonnay and then start. Make sure they drink at least one more in the first 15 minutes. Let the truth come out. Make sure the moderatos know how to push buttons.

I’ve lived here 8 years and I haven’t met anyone who identifies as Republican. They don’t care what goes on in DC or Atlanta. They don’t care what goes on down the street!!
They take whatever is dished out...Ossoff and Warnock are fine.

Republican women behind Ralph Reed fought for pro-life. That is no longer a top 5 issue.

Now Janelle King is the only Republican woman I would listen to. Martha Zoller is the only other one visible and I wouldn’t pay her much attention.

Loeffler is doing a good job for Trump at SBA. But is she a GA woman anymore?

“Eliminate election fraud!”

You and I and 11 other people are concerned about election fraud. But if it were a motivating issue, King would be the candidate for SOS and not Flemming. If it were a motivating issue the turnout for Republicans would have been much better. But Republican turnout was small. Democrat turnout was large.

Really?? I also live in Georgia. Not sure what county you live in but here in Walton county, in the last three presidential elections, 75% of the vote went to Trump.

That’s why DeSantis should be POTUS. The work gets done and the world stage will be settled by then.

Just include in each Collins ad praise for/note Ossoff’s wonderful Jewish heritage. That will make the Dems run like scalded dogs.
