An exclusive beach club in the Bahamas descended into chaos after a group of bikini-clad women were seen throwing punches.
Around a dozen people were involved in the brawl, which appeared to take place at the sun-soaked Royal Beach Club on Paradise Island, according to footage posted online.

Must have been a sale on bright yellow bikinis. (XXXXXXL)
African democrats.
Unpleasant but not shocking.

That’s the Royal Caribbean cruise day stop.
“I’m chimpin’ out. I’m chimpin’ out . . . .”
From Wiki:
“Nassau (/ˈnæsɔː/ NASS-aw) is the capital and largest city of the Bahamas. It is on the island of New Providence, which has a population of 296,522, 74.26% of the country’s total population.[3] Nassau is commonly defined as a primate city...”
Yeah, it is now a “primate city” alright! Guess the days of James Bond and suits are long gone.
“It somehow seems that the release of Thunderball back in 1965 put the Bahamas on the map of touristy travel destinations. At that time Paradise Island, which lies about 500 yards north of Nassau, was a very tranquil place. It was owned by millionaire Huntington Hartford, who is mentioned in the film’s end credits. He abolished the former name ‘Hog Island’, because he thought it a horrible name for a holiday destination. (Agreed!) You could only get there by boat.
Nowadays it is connected to Nassau by two elegantly arched one-way-bridges. Since the mid-Sixties Paradise Island has changed enormously. Especially the building of the Atlantis Hotel in the course of the Nineties transformed the island from a serene holidaymaker’s spot for insiders into a world class mega-resort. Apart from being a hotel the Atlantis is sort of an aquatic theme park with pools, marinas, open-air bars and a variety of facilities to satisfy the vacationer every wish. You might ask yourself, though, if this huge, castle-like complex doesn’t blow the dimensions of that little island a bit out of proportion. And, we have to admit it - it destroyed some lovely Bond-locations for good.
Sun-drenched tropical beaches and crystal clear waters washing ashore are the striking features of the north coast of Paradise Island. Here Bond meets 1965’s Domino for the first time. He chats her up by pretending to have problems with the engine of his boat. Domino helps him out with her boat and they get ashore at Paradise Beach just in front of what is now CLUB MED. Walking in an easterly direction you approach the Atlantis Hotel and Paradise Lagoon. The picturesque little stone bridge that formerly spanned the mouth of the lagoon and that was visible in Thunderball fell victim to the complete remodelling of the once secluded area and was replaced by a concrete bridge....

someone did a cannonball
I learned all of these growing up in central Florida.
For some people, dissing one's hair (or "hair") isn't a matter of life and death.
It's much more important than that ...
These are not the bikinis you are looking for.
There was a movie series about these attacks and sidewalk brawls, wasn’t there?
The Fat and Furious. Or somethong like that.
Atlantis has five hotels.
The Coral and the East and West sides of the Royal are the least expensive.
The Marina Village is at the marina.
The Cove and the Reef are the most expensive. The Reef are privately owned condos. The Cove are all suits. They are off by themselves.
So, there is a 100% difference in pricing between them. There are dozens of pools/swimming options. Along with over a mile of beach. SOME of the pools get VERY crowded near the Royal. Which is where this incident took place.
The Four Seasons Ocean Club is just down the beach.
It has been in several James Bond films.
It is even more expensive.
You get what you pay for.
The Ocean Club is a Four Seasons property. It is about a half mile down the beach from the Atlantis property.
Although they do have a shuttle bus to take you there or the golf course.
I had lunch there in April. There were pictures of Sean Connery, Daniel Craig, the Beatles and various other celebs that had stayed there.
The water is really turquoise in color in front of their beach.
White vacationers should be asking reparations from the black people who spoil their vacations with never-ending brawls.
I thought they were all oppressed, and still picking cotton.
That is one of the things I did not like about Atlantis. Cruise ship people could pay to use the hotel facilities for the day. Meaning the lines for the water slides got very long with day trippers. Every day there were at least four cruise ships in port when I was there in April.
At least Royal Caribbean had their own beach. That they shuttled their passengers over to. It was about a half mile to the west of the hotel I was staying in.
Personally, if I ever went back I would stay at the Bahamar.
It is newer. At the other end of the island. Closer to the airport. Easier to get to. Plus there were a lot more restaurant options that were not stupid priced like Atlantis.
On Paradise Island you are kind of trapped. A cab round trip is $40+. Just to go into Nassau. Basically across the bridge and back.
I guess we shouldn’t feel too bad that they hate us. They obviously hate each other, too, the way they fight.
weave be flyin’!
