DNI TULSI GABBARD: US government funded 130 Biolabs around the world!
X ^ | June 12 | @DNIGabbard

Posted on 06/12/2026 9:21:36 AM PDT by RandFan

@DNIGabbard

Today, I’m releasing never before seen intelligence revealing new evidence of past US government funding for more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries, including Ukraine.

In support of President Trump‘s Executive Order to end federal funding of dangerous gain of function research around the world, and increase transparency and accountability, ODNI will continue working with partners across the Administration to identify where these labs are, what pathogens they contain, and what “research” is being conducted.

“We have to create the threats in order to learn how to counter the threats, said Satan.”

No. It was not Satan who said that.

Apparently we were crazy/depraved enough. We apparently want to go to no holds barred countries and do this stuff. I am a patriotic American but I think this is morally wrong and a lot of people suffered and died because of it. It wasn’t just us. But we were involved as a nation.

Based on what evidence? Gabbard herself has said that she never said Ukraine had bio weapons labs.

People confuse bio labs with bio-weapons labs. We have over 1500 high containment bio labs in the US. Are they all bio-weapons labs? No, just like the ones in Ukraine are NOT bio-weapons labs.

Good, because by relating to you on your level, maybe you will understand something.

It would be nice if you and your comrades go somewhere else. You add nothing to this forum. Nothing.

Tulsi Gabbard herself, denies saying the labs in Ukraine are bio-weapons labs.

On March 14, when Carlson asked Gabbard for her response to Romney, she said: “This is about facts. ... They’re accusing me of saying that somehow there are bioweapons labs in Ukraine. I’ve said no such thing at any point. I have said that there are biolabs in Ukraine that have received U.S. support that contained dangerous pathogens

any date line on this quote?

Having to deal with a history that has DC Swamp Hunter Biden types and DC Swamp bio labs in DC Swamp proxy Ukraine is a tough short straw side of a Psy Ops to have to pull off..

They’re trying their best.

You add nothing to this forum

I'm trying to educate people on the important difference between bio labs and bio-weapons labs.

In the US there are more than 1500 registered high-containment biological laboratories (Biosafety Levels 3 and 4), that are NOT bio-weapons labs, just like the 30 in Ukraine.

Russia presented its evidence of Ukraine bio weapons labs to the UN, that has repeatedly stated that it has found no evidence of any biological weapons programs in Ukraine

Russia has previously made the same bs allegation against Georgia, in 2018, accusing it of producing bio-weapons.

Russia claims US running secret bio weapons lab in Georgia October 4, 2018

Russia’s Defense Ministry said Thursday that the United States appeared to be running a clandestine biological weapons lab in the country of Georgia, allegedly flouting international conventions and posing a direct security threat to Russia — allegations the Pentagon angrily rejected.

Gain of function research is dangerous. It is the likely cause of Covid-19. Why do we do it?

The most serious, semi-sensible argument I’ve heard is that we must develop bioweapons so that we can develop defenses. Have we ever created a defense against a weapon of our own creation? Would such a defense apply against a bioweapon developed differently by someone else?

Of course, one can waive a hand and say that gain of function research may someday lead to a cure for cancer and provide a veritable fountain of youth. I’m sure if Dr. Fauci says something like that, many people will believe it. So far, no credible argument has been made.

That could well be true.

I believe the stated Russian position is that they want to take control of a portion of the Ukraine that has a large ethnic population. So, a PORTION of the Ukraine. Ok, I understand that is a disputed topic.

However, for comparison, Democrats did not care when communist Russia took over the entirety of the Ukraine and another 12 countries to become the Soviet Union. They did not care when the Soviet Union (Russia+) took over 7 more “Warsaw Pact” countries.

How does that make sense?

Russia complains that they feel threatened by NATO expansion. Nato Expansion is a real thing. Why wouldn’t they feel threatened?

:)

They’ve had to move the Fauci goalposts from there isn’t/wasn’t biolabs in Ukraine to, of course America has biolabs in Ukraine, but.....

Almost like it’s a 51st state already.

Maybe we’ll get to play bio labs in Iran soon!

I think we “knew” this. Now more people know this. Some will still deny it.

I am not confused. Bio labs that want to skirt US safety and morality laws are not intended to benefit mankind. At best, they are to keep us up with the Joneses, which may be necessary. Which I referenced in my first post.

There is no question what we are doing. You needn’t get defensive about Ukraine, you are the one that keeps mentioning that country. We do it in many countries and the purpose is to skirt US laws and avoid scrutiny.

Except for true national security super spy stuff reasons, I can’t approve. And even then I have a hard time approving. There is not nearly enough quality control, obviously, and I don’t trust one other country to this level.

Wrong. There was a Chinese virologist who was booted out of Canads research labs and she was doing gain of function experiments and she sent samples to Wuhan.

If I'm wrong, your comments here don't prove this.

Please look at my post; I haven't stated that China played no role, only that that country's role was secondary.

The gain-of-function research was being funded here in the US by the National Institutes of Health, the State Department, the Defense Department, and USAID. RFK Jr points out in his book, The Wuhan Cover-Up, US military and intelligence agencies worked with the Chinese military on gain-of-function research as far back as 2005. (By the time Dr. Xiangguo Qiu was thrown out of research labs in Canada in 2019, the US had been pumping millions of dollars into the work being done in Wuhan for almost fifteen years.)

No country is crazy enough to do a bio-weapons program or a nuclear weapons program in another country where control of the weapons could be lost at any moment.

Except one: TheGreatestCountryInTheWorld™.

It has been established that the US was pumping money into gain-of-function research in the Wuhan lab as far back as 2005.

IIRC the program for building/ financing biolabs outside of the US began during Bush junior.

It was hardly a secret. I found and posted the government’s own official notice of the program here years ago when the Ukraine biolab got some notice during the Russian invasion. That’s what prompted me to look for how that lab came to be. It turned out to be one of many, including Wuhan.

A number of factors seemed to coalesce to inspire this program. One being Anthrax sent through the mail in 9-11. Forgotten now, but it caught the attention of serious people worried about biological terrorism.

The military has had a long standing interest in identifying pathogens that could pose a serious problem to personnel outside of CONUS. Some of these are dangerous in themselves and some could be weaponized against us.

Scary novel bugs like Ebola and MERS originate in the tropics and other places outside the US. Hybrid flu comes from where humans and animals live in close contact, which for years has meant China.

We financed a bunch of labs around the world on the theory that they would serve us as an early warning system for both natural pathogens and bioweapons. Level 2 or level 3 labs. Anyway they weren’t secret. A google search was all that it required to find out their back story.

But we were involved as a nation.

That's putting it rather mildly; we were a key player.
