Statement Attributable to Assistant to the Secretary of War for Public Affairs and Chief Pentagon Spokesman Sean Parnell:

Today, the Department of War is publishing the third release of declassified and historical Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) files as part of the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters (PURSUE). The collection continues to be housed on WAR.GOV/UFO, and the Department will release additional files on a rolling basis.

As the unprecedented levels of interest in both this topic and the Trump administration's historic transparency effort continue, WAR.GOV/UFO has received over 1.7 billion hits worldwide since the site's launch on May 8, 2026. The Department of War and our agency partners are actively working on the next release of UAP files.

I have to say that these releases are becoming strangely dull. Its the same thing over and over. Yet another group of pictures or videos of an unidentified craft flying around in the sky, in the ocean or in space. Some have better resolution. But that’s it. Nothing else. Its not like the government is hauling debris from a craft or a dead alien body out of one of its labs to put on display, or announcing that yes, in fact, we know that alien life exists. We just get these pictures and videos. Do we know why they are here? Have we had any communication with them? Do we know anything more about them? Those answers aren’t forthcoming.

YAWWNN absolutely nothing new. Same old crap UFO conspiracy theorists have pushed for years. Saw Spielberg’s Disclosure yesterday. BIG QUESTION: Why do advanced super being aliens always crash their ships once they get to Earth? They must not be very smart after all. Especially to be captured by dumb humanoids. Personal cameras have been affordable to average USA consumers for the last century.

In spite of that, every alien photo or movie still has to come with some kind of explanation before the average American can "see" the alien or the alien space craft in the picture.

Is it possible that humans share the Universe with other conscious and intelligent life forms?

Of course it is possible.

Do we have photographic or electrical evidence that proves such life forms exist?

Representative Tim Burchett says that the Pentagon and all other agencies are slow-walking any release, and act like they are not accountable to Congress or any other public office. Black budget corporations do not respond.

Those people imagine themselves as a government unto themselves, never likely to disclose anyhing of substance.

All cameras are subject to limitations, most of which are caused by the one who holds the camera. First, it takes a quick reaction to bring a camera to bear on those things since the duration of events are usually short. Second, motion of the camera and of the object being photographed are guaranteed to cause blur. The speed of the shutter/exposure is another important factor. Next there is atmospheric distortion that affects the quality of a photograph. Finally, lens quality is a major factor. All of these sources of error are increased by distance and relative speed, not to mention the steadiness of the photographer, which also degrades in an event of short duration.

People just aren't setup with a camera on a tripod with a quality telephoto lens mounted on a high resolution camera with a fast shutter speed under ideal atmospheric condition while a UFO flies through the frame.
