I would suggest that if anyone honestly seeks to improve themselves by moving to Africa, then let them go, but leaving it possible for them to return to the USA. I think this might be the best answer for those who say they want to move.
They can leave and all go to liberia or wherever then create a huge industry to compete with white folks in THE US. Then they can become the new China and enjoy all the riches. This will prove that blacks are smarter and more caps than whites.../sarc
