Is there any doubt Cornyn would have gone back to his old ways once re-elected? This is proof. We are all indebted to the Texas voters who finally saw through him and rejected him in the biggest way. Thune blew a hundred million to save his worthless ass. Now it's time for voters in ND to follow up on Thune. Thank the Texas voters while the rest of us can thank Trump.

Cornyn is a petty, vindictive little man.

So glad he won’t be returning to Congress after next January.

My radio hero Mark Davis was told by Cornyn that he’d support Paxton in the general should Paxton win the nomination. Not happening. Davis is guilty of giving him too much slack and finally accused Cornyn of lying to him.

We are all grifters and deplorables. The joke is on those that define their futures under the ever-present fate imposed on them by we, the “Deplorable Grifters”.

My radio hero Mark Davis was told by Cornyn that he’d support Paxton in the general should Paxton win the nomination.

John Ellis Bush pulled the same thing after he put in writing that he would support the Republican nominee in 2015. Then he reneged AFTER raising a big stink about Trump not wanting to sign the same document.

Took Texas 24 years to figure him out. Better late than never. The good news is that with Trump at the helm the rest of the GOP will have it’s antenna way up in ‘28. They can turn their sights on Thune and Murkowski. I’d even make others pee their pants. Think Lankford or even Rand.

Cornyn, a world class grifter, calling an angel like Presler a grifter, is only one of many reasons Paxton needed to win the primary.

If the 17th Amendment did not exist, Cornyn wouldn’t have served more then one term.

Should we keep the senate majority will the GOP voters nationwide accept Thune as the majority leader? As you all know we’re not entitled to a vote since it’s only for club members. A lot will have to do with what Trump has to say after November about the job and about ‘28. All I can say is I wouldn’t want to be John Thune.

I sent Thune $100 once. He was our nominee to face Tom Daschle in ‘04. Money well spent. Along with the thank you’s and the holiday postcards of his beautiful family I got requests for more $. In my way of thinking you take a red state + incumbancy=you’re on your own pal. The next hundred bucks would go for other ‘winnable pick up’ races. Results were mixed as incumbency is a tough nut to crack.

Cornyn’s loss? Just desserts. No need for money spent. Sometimes you just know. Cornyn didn’t. What does that tell you?

Thank you Texas!!!!!

Hold that thanks until (if) Paxton wins in November. Voting patterns in the state in the past 6-8 years have been unpredictable.

I think I recall reading that Scott Pressler has been elected as a Committeeman representing Beaver County in Pennsylvania. About 3 weeks ago. Good for you, Scotty!

That being said, Senator J. Cornyn used a rather mild term (Grifter) to respond to Pressler’s questions. He is likely still smarting over the loss of his most recent primary election, and could have said a whole lot worse.

I’m glad Pressler has managed to step into the system as Committeeman, but he may find it more productive not to react to every ‘discouraging word’ from another party member. Don’t waste too much time being upset at another party member (Cornyn). He’ll be gone after a little while.

Scott Presler really needs a haircut!
In the photo he appears to be wearing lipstick.

The Republican swamp creatures all show their true colors once they are defeated in primaries. All seem to petty and vindictive.
