Spencer Pratt skewers LA election officials with pointed 5-word question

Spencer Pratt made a pointed comment about the LA mayoral race results as he has yet to concede or contest the outcome.

“Are they done counting yet?” Pratt wrote in a comment on X.

The former reality TV star has not yet directly addressed his loss to left-wing Councilwoman Nithya Raman, who defeated Pratt and will now face incumbent Mayor Karen Bass in the November runoff.

Pratt, who was endorsed by President Donald Trump, overperformed on election night, leading the Democratic Socialists of America-backed candidate by at least eight points.

However, he soon began to lose his lead as more mail-in ballots, which tend to favor Democrats, were counted.

Raman has since built a sizable lead of more than 40,000 votes over Pratt, one week after the election. Since the race was called, Pratt has made only two other public comments.

In one post, he shared an image of a duck shortly after his hopes of becoming Los Angeles mayor came crashing down.

The cryptic message was of a lone duck floating on calm water at sunset as outrage over the election result erupted around him.

Can Spencer win with a big write-in showing on election day? Or is that fixed as well? Just wondering.

I believe, and a Cal resident can correct me if I’m wrong, write-in votes are not allowed for the general election.

2. How write‑in votes are handled and when they count

California allows voters to write in names, but write‑in votes are only counted for qualified write‑in candidates who have met filing requirements with election officials; furthermore, write‑in candidates for voter‑nominated offices can only run in the primary election, and procedures vary by county about how and when a written name will be certified and reported [4] [5] [3].

Still wondering how Kari Lake didn’t win when it obvious there was fraud, the vote counter Secretary of State was the candidate she was running against to be Governor of AZ. Like Kari Lake, Spencer Pratt WA’s screwed and likely nothing will come of a recount or an appeal

“...write‑in candidates for voter‑nominated offices can only run in the primary election,”

So, if I’m reading this correctly, Pratt cannot be a write-in candidate in the general election. Having any Republican on the ballot really goes against the spirit of Our Democracy™.

Blocking a Republican from the ballot was the whole point of this cheating exercise.

Donnie Cope
@dcopechatter
Tens of thousands of Spencer Pratt voters are now receiving rejection letters from the county clerk saying that their ballots were not counted due to signature irregularities. Yet, Governor Gavin Newsom just passed legislation that would make it illegal for anyone conducting oversight, to contest signatures that they deemed fraudulent.

Democrats allow ballots to be signed with an X, a -, or a 🙂 to pass and count, but all of a sudden, only Republican signatures are being flagged for irregularities, rejected, and not counted.

One of these California Republican voters said that his signature has been on file for over 20 years and there has never been an issue until he voted for Spencer Pratt. Nithya Ramen has beaten Spencer Pratt by less than 3000 votes. There are at least 18,000 Pratt voters who received this letter saying their votes were rejected.

More than likely fixed.
The supreme Court should invalidate blatantly corrupt elections like this and require a new election under federal supervision.

California votes should not count in National elections. The state has total fraud in their elections and fraudulent voting should not be allowed in National elections. A state rife with fraud should not count and disenfranchise my vote or any other voters in National elections.

“ The supreme Court should invalidate blatantly corrupt elections like this and require a new election under federal supervision”

Is there anything, anywhere, in the Federal Constitution that would allow what you are asking for?
