The U.S. military has begun launching airstrikes against Iranian targets, a U.S. official told Fox News on Wednesday.
“U.S. Central Command forces began launching additional self-defense strikes today at 5:15 p.m. ET against multiple targets in Iran at the Commander in Chief’s direction,” CENTCOM added in a statement on X. “The strikes are in response to Iran’s unwarranted and continued aggression.”
Explosions were reportedly heard in Sirik, Qeshm Island, Minab and Isfahan, key Iranian sites amid the major escalation between the United States and Iran.

Let’s see what Iran does to move out additional launchers and missiles. That will reveal their source. Then, hit their source. Iran and their missile suppliers are too stupid to know our satellite surveillance capability. I’m thinking Russia and China are sneaking in the munitions for Iranian oil.
Notice the recent bombings reported yesterday were met with news reports “and in other news....” and people yawn over them.
Bombing has to be brutal and massive. As someone said, after all the bombings in February 28, 2026 the Iranian regime is still in place in June and opposition forces in Iran are shut down.”
Only heavy bombings will change that. NOT negotiations with “ceasefire has been extended two more weeks” in a statement from the US.

Endless war, profits galore to arms manufacturers. We just heard from the president that he “loves the inflation”.
At this point I give up. I have no idea what’s going on.
Of course he’s going to end the bombing. We’re still technically in a cease fire.
Clinton and Blair bombed Slobodan Milosovic’s regime for what... 100 days? 80 days? And that was a much smaller country. Eventually Milosovic capitulated.
True, bombing for 100 days still won’t necessarily topple the regime. They would have to surrender to stop the attacks. Or, we can do so much damage that once we decide to step out the Iranian people can rise up. I don’t think the Iranian people (and/or their internal revolutionary factions) are going to hit the streets in revolution until they are certain the bombing is over and that the regime is too weak to defend itself effectively.

Qeshm Island is the site of an old 1970s era resort, overlooking the Strait.
It is also where the IRGC made anchorage for a number of ships that they have been seizing for a few years now.

Iranian forces captured a foreign vessel on Wednesday, the second ship to be harassed and seized by the Middle Eastern country in a week, the U.S. Navy said.
The Niovi, a commercial oil tanker flying the Panama flag, was passing through the Strait of Hormuz between the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman when it was overtaken by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy (IRGCN)
