Of course, judges also like to say, "You need to slow down. How can you claim fraud when the election hasn't really finished? This thing isn't even certified yet."
Yes. I haven’t seen Hilton or Pratt suing yet, so thinking not yet ready. However, since this is a primary and the general is in November, I would think it’s harder to claim too late. If GOP was smart, they file in Federal Court since the major complaint deals with mail ballots, so the USPS angle methinks keeps it out of state courts.
