I don't think the Deep Administrative State agrees with that assessment.

It almost certainly does not agree, simply because it has a different assessment consistent with disagreeing with much if not all of what Trump does.

Pul;te is in place because he does have loyalty to Trump/MAGA and he is in place because he has a track record of going after corruption.
