A peer-reviewed study in JAMA Network Open found that US ivermectin prescriptions jumped 97% in the six months after Mel Gibson told Joe Rogan’s podcast audience that the drug, combined with fenbendazole, cured three friends’ stage 4 cancers. Researchers analysed health records from more than 68 million patients across 67 health systems. Prescribing rates rose 2.5-fold among cancer patients, with white patients, men, and those in the southern US showing the largest increases.
"'When prescribing for an unproven cancer treatment more than doubles after a single podcast, especially among men and people in the South, it raises a concern that patients may be skipping or delaying treatments we know work in favor of something that hasn't been proven to help them.'"

Ivermectin’s efficacy with cancer is questionable, there’s more evidence with the other anti-parasite drugs. Plus the compound in Ivermectin that kills parasites destroys their nervous system and it’s possible that with very high doses (over 24 mgs) some will slip passed the blood brain barrier in humans and cause brain damage. Personally I’d go with niclosamide over Ivermectin.

If you want to learn more, read the book “Cancer Care” by Paul E Marik MD FCCM FCCP which is on Amazon. It goes into detail about using repurposed drugs to cure cancer. Ivermectin is one.
Tried it for prostate cancer. Did not work. Proton radiation did.
Because no pharmaceutical company will shell out the big bucks to prove something will work if there is no profit in it.
There is no interest in finding a cure, only in making money for shareholders and in turn executives.

Don't notice much difference except for feeling tired, occasional nausea and difficulty getting the spelling correct,,,(maybe just old age at 84) any way I went for a long walk today and my BP was 109/63/94 afterwards.

God Bless Mel for getting the truth about IVM out ... while we know BigPharma has been squelching all studies/reports for decades. They have to continue their slash and burn exorbitant “treatments” .... to pay for those new wings and satellite locations.
IVM is a cheap repurposed drug ... no money to be made.
