Frankincense is Boswellia, which really fights inflammation.

seems our Lord has bequeathed to us a cornucopia of natural medicines and naturopathic treatments for much of what ails us after the Fall. we just have to seek them, trust in Him and His magnificent Creation (and stop big ag and big gov’t from adulterating our food).

A friend used to swear by a product called boswellin cream for aches and pains in older folks. Wonder if this was the same stuff?
Incidentally, I didnt get much good from it.
