Yup, Cornyan was a charter member of the arrogant, condescending “who else are they going to vote for” wing of the Republican Party.

They have spent decades giving their base the middle finger but still getting their votes because the Democrat alternative was a disaster and their Republican challenger got run over in the primary by tens of millions in NRSC campaign money.
