The Chinese are trying to generate opposition to our data centers. Why do you suppose that is? It has national security implications.
I don’t know why you lump solar and wind farms in with data centers. Data centers actually do something useful. Also wind and solar installations wouldn’t happen without huge government subsidies. The only similarity is that they have fairly large footprints.
