The President is a brilliant man. Why does he think the Iranians would ever negotiate in good faith? The Iranians were asking themselves the same question about Trump when he sent Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff to negotiate with them.

The Iranians were asking themselves the same question about Trump when he sent Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff to negotiate with them. (To be clear, I'm not suggesting that either man is duplicitous, only that neither has the necessary wherewithal to conduct these negotiations on our behalf.)
