Not so strange when you see that the elite commies that are pushing/funding the homeless don’t live in the areas where the homeless live. They are rich and live in sheltered communities with clean streets and no homeless.

Yes, but I suspect that a larger problem is that people can be so lazy and apathetic that they won’t bother to get off their butt and VOTE.
Oh, and when they show a reliable pattern of failing to vote the leftist cheaters simply vote for them. In states like CA that don’t require ID, it’s easy to “harvest” those missed votes.
