Robert Kenyon, a self-employed plumber, has been confirmed as Reform's official candidate for the upcoming contest in in Greater Manchester.
Kenyon stood in the constituency (district) in the 2024 general election, and came second to Labour's Josh Simons.
The by-election comes after Simons stepped down as MP to allow Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham an opportunity to contest the seat.

And Barry sure squandered a lot of it (our money) around. And soon after leaving the White Hut was personally worth millions of dollars, though he and Moochelle didn’t have two nickels to rub together before he got into politics. So spreading it around certainly was good for those two ticks on the body politic.
