Ferrier, 38, was either struck by the suspect vehicle or jumped on the hood and was thrown from the vehicle, sustaining a serious head injury that turned fatal two days later on Sunday.That's going to be argument to drop Murder 2. And not to nitpick, but the injury didn't turn fatal....as soon as he died it should be classified as a fatal injury, especially if death occurred within 30 days.
