Lindsey Graham can’t do much of anything to stop executive branch actions. Neither could Massie.

Here’s a better question: How many bills has Lindsey Graham sponsored to advance whatever you see as the “Trump agenda?”

Tariffs? Deportations/ICE? Cutting USAID funding? Imposing DOGE cuts? Anything?
