A "Progressive Tech Coalition" (including Apple, Google, & Roblox) has abruptly changed stance on "Age Verification" laws.

Up until now, the "Chamber of Progress" has consistently opposed all laws seeking to implement age verification... but they have decided to support the Colorado "Age Verification for all Operating Systems" law.

"Chamber of Progress", a Big Tech lobbyist trade group, is encouraging the Governor of Colorado to sign SB26-051 (which would require all Operating Systems implement mandatory "Age Attestation") into law.

Chamber of Progress is a lobbying arm of Amazon, Apple, Uber, Google, Coinbase, and OpenAI.

Apple and Linux pings maybe. When you guys are buying Apple products, you're funding The Chamber of Progress.

Should be the job of content providers to put those guardrails in place, not the OS.

WiFi doorbells, thermostats, vacuums, refrigerators, etc., all have operating systems.
