Well, that has certainly devolved from "government representatives", "experts" and other lofty titles for the briefers in last week's stories. Turns out to be the usual suspects I think.
How many decades did it take for Voyager to reach the orbit of Pluto? Science fiction gives us the impression that if we had sufficiently advanced science, we could have wild bunny sex with green skinned alien women. When Captain Kirk was getting it on with said alien, I laughed. One moment of exposure and they’d both be dead in weeks. But the point is, physics is pretty certain that nobody from an alien world will ever get here. And, Elon, nobody is going to Mars. If they do, it’s a one-way trip and they’ll get cooked on the way. What’s the point? If we could terraform Mars, we could certainly terraform Earth is anything ever happens here. Sorry, but them’s the facts.

I know most of the well known pastors in ministry but not these two. I tried to find educational background information and things like that but came up empty. Other than making money, I am not sure what these guys do.
