Democratic lawyer Marc Elias appears to believe that Democrats do not need to stop at simply sacking and packing the Virginia Supreme Court in response to the adverse ruling on the radical gerrymandering plan. Elias reminded Democrats that they could eliminate the entire Virginia government under the state constitution.
The demand for radical action was prompted by the Virginia justices, including one appointed by then-Democratic governor Mark Warner, who found the Democratic effort unconstitutional. It does not matter that leading Democrats, including Gov. Abigail Spanberger, also believed that the Democrats could be found in violation of the state constitution in pushing forward with the controversial effort to virtually extinguished Republican representation in the purple state.

Eliminating an entire state government. This is the Democrats idea of “saving” democracy? The Democrats just keep proving all they care about is power and control over everyone and everything. They should be called the Autocratic Party because they sincerely believe that all political power and decision making should be centered around one person, or in their preferrred model, by a small group of elites like themselves!
When they say they’re trying to “save democracy” what they mean is that they’re trying to “save” their ability to be as degenerate and rebellious as they desire and to silence or destroy anyone who disagrees with it.
He’s evil and determined, as long as the fees keep rolling in. But he also frequently fumbles the ball. This is one. A 1.5 point swing, and the referendum would have gone the other way. He’s insane if he thinks he could get something this lunacy past the electorate.
His countenance resemble every single filthy POS, thieving, corrupt politician lawyer we have seen in this country over the last two and a half centuries.
He, however, is not just the latest iteration. He has singlehandedly done more damage to this Republic than nearly any other single person in US history, and I am not exaggerating.
Yet so few people appear to know him, and even fewer would recognize him if he passed them in the street.

That is the face of evil, IMO. On appearances alone, he happens to be a Democrat lawyer, but with a face like that, he could have been wearing the uniform of the OGPU in the torture cellars of the Lubyanka.
