Perhaps not ... I’m not going to bother with the legal research ... you may, if you wish ... in many States, defiant trespass (which she clearly committed) is a class-III felony. She certainly earned a stay in the hoosegow.
That’s not prison, where she might meet her match or hopefully get her mind rearranged to some extent.
But if she stays on this course, she probably will wind up there.
I thought they said she was released on summons. Does that mean she was charged but put back on the street to go after the people at Amazon that “disrespected” her?
