From the reading I’ve done, red meat, fish and poultry are foods that naturally contain creatine.

I’ve been taking it for about one month, at 66 years old and about 2 years removed from open heart surgery, I’ve been in the gym 4-5 times a week since the surgery and I had reached a point of diminishing returns and wanted to up my workouts and help with the stiffness and soreness in my legs afterwards.

I think it’s working, my workouts have increased about 5% on the elliptical machine and my legs are not stiff and sore as much, it could be all mental but I’m going to stick with it for the next few months to see what happens.

My thought is, will the workouts and supplements help me live longer, maybe but who knows, but I do know I will feel much better however long I live.
