If they can learn how to control neutrinos, then you have a practically unbreakable communication system..........
I guess that would be possible, but since they’re so hard to detect as it is, that technology seems to be centuries away - I’m trying to conceive not only transmitters but receivers that would make it feasible - but, alas, I’m sure you’re way more knowledgeable than I am on some of the topics you post.
