🚨CIVIL SUIT FILED: I have officially filed a civil suit against Chris, Deyanna and Paige Ostroushko.
I promised to use every legal avenue to hold the Ostroushkos responsible and will be working with @MurdockJDF as we continue to pursue justice.
Chris, Deyanna and Paige are all facing federal charges and will also now be facing a civil suit for their violent and egregious behavior.
Not only did this family attack me, but they then doubled down and went on a media tour to further lie about me while attempting to raise money.
I made a promised that I wouldn’t let them get away with this and am looking forward to keeping it.

Second the motion! The idiot Left, individually, think they are free from consequences. Plenty of "caught on tape" evidence.

“The Department of Justice today announced the unsealing of a federal grand jury indictment charging Christopher Ostroushko, Deyanna Ostroushko, and Paige Ostroushko with assaulting a journalist while she was reporting on an anti-ICE protest on federal property in St. Paul Minnesota on April 11, 2026. Christopher Ostroushko and Paige Ostroushko are also charged with willfully and forcefully injuring and intimidating that journalist.” (Press release, Office of Public Affairs , Department of Justice)
Apparently it’s a Turning Point USA journalist.

Wisconsin-Stevens Point women’s soccer player Paige Ostroushko is one of three people in her family facing federal charges for assaulting a journalist in Minnesota last month.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Minnesota announced this week that Paige Ostroushko, Christopher Ostroushko and Deyanna Ostroushko have been charged with assault and willfully and forcefully injuring and intimidating Turning Point USA reporter Savanah Hernandez.
"These three individuals were indicted by a grand jury for allegedly assaulting journalist and Turning Point USA contributor Savanah Hernandez, while she was lawfully reporting on anti-ICE protests outside a federal building in St. Paul,” Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said.
“Hernandez was allegedly surrounded, physically assaulted, and shoved to the ground — simply because she was identified by the defendants as a conservative journalist. That is NOT ‘peaceful protest.’ These deplorable actions as charged in the indictment will not be tolerated in America, and this Department of Justice will always punish unhinged acts of political violence.”
FBI Director Kash Patel posted about the charges on X and sent a warning to protestors who are considering doing something similar.
“Above all, we are thankful Savanah Hernandez is ok,” Patel said. "Let this be a message to others who may try something similar - this FBI will find you."
Paige Ostroushko posted on a GoFundMe page that she suffered “physical injury and ongoing trauma" at the protest.
Paige said that she is a sexual assault survivor and was upset when Hernandez “laughed at” and “dismissed” a statement about rape in ICE detention centers.
From there, a confrontation occurred and “the situation escalated,” Paige said.
“At one point, I experienced physical contact and believed I was being assaulted, including being struck multiple times,” she said.
Paige said that she acted in “self-defense” and was treated for visible swelling, a headache and an injury to her face at the protest.
Later, Paige said she was grabbed by deputies and placed under arrest.
“While I was being restrained, I was placed in a choke hold from behind, which resulted in neck pain and injury,” she said.
She added that she received medical care at the emergency room for head, neck and knee injuries, as well as symptoms consistent with physical trauma.
Paige is asking for money to help with medical expenses and follow-up care, therapy and mental health support, legal fees and basic stability while she recovers.
Paige Ostroushko appeared in seven games for Wisconsin-Stevens Point last season, scoring three goals. She is no longer listed on the team’s roster.
So, this family is Ukrainian.....hmmmm.
The punchables!
Ditto!!!
We can’t spare this woman. She fights.
Take everything and make them indentured servants for the rest of their pathetic natural lives.
They must feel the pain of a bad decision.
