In CO Eric Coomer has finally admitted in a court filing (for his defamation suit against Patrick Byrne) that the server in Dominion CAN access the systems in the states. He says only for troubleshooting and maintenance purposes. But Tina Peters saved the data before the “routine maintenance”, showing that “maintenance” is code-word for destroying records that are legally required to be saved. For saving that data she now sits in jail, while the whole system lets Coomer do what he dang well pleases.
