Sir Keir Starmer does not "seem to know what to do about" antisemitism in the aftermath of the Golders Green attack, Kemi Badenoch has said.
The prime minister has suggested he wanted to see tougher action against people using certain phrases at Gaza demonstrations, but stopped short of agreeing with calls to ban the marches (see 7.05am post).
The Tory leader said:
"I heard the prime minister give an interview this morning where he didn’t seem to know what to do about it.
"There are things that we can do. We can ban hate preachers from this country, stop them from coming in. We can remove visas from those people who are not British, who are here spreading hate and antisemitism. But we need to do more.
"Enough with the platitudes, we need action. We need to shame people who think antisemitism is acceptable."

Get rid of Muslims
Keep Muslims in their filthy disease ridden countries. Thats how you clueless boob!
Not to his Deep State.
Rejecting and deporting immigrants who abhor western values, Christianity, and Judaism is not that hard, Prime Minister
Yep useless. Enemy of civilization.
Starman has Pantophobia
Britain’s own Jimmy Carter....or worse.
Actually, it will be hard if not impossible without almost civil war level violence.
They’ve let in too many. The Muslims will fight back and many of the majority English have no stomach to fight.
The powers that be love their Muslims, as they give them power over the majority English.
We can agree it is time to do something. How late is too late?
It’s either war while the savages are outnumbered or conquest when they out numbers westerners.
If he withers long enough, won’t the problem just take care of itself?
His first inclination is probably to round up the Jews to live in ghettos.
Here’s a start you moron. Seal your borders and deport illegals. Reinstitute the death penalty and perform public executions. Initiate Go Fund Me for the cost of ammo and rope.
