Oregon Forced to Clean Almost 20% of its Voters Off the Rolls Because They Are Ineligible

Do you ever wonder why so many Blue states refuse to hand over their voter rolls to the federal government?

After all, there is a federal law that requires certain measures to ensure ballot integrity, passed in the wake of the 2000 Florida debacle. It requires, among other things, that states clean their voter rolls of ineligible voters.

But these states refuse to do that, and they refuse to show that they aren't breaking federal law.

Of course, every sentient person knows exactly why they do both of those things: they cheat, and want to make it as hard as possible to detect the cheating, and almost impossible to audit elections to ensure that they are fair. Every time you hear a liberal say that there are so few cases of voter fraud prosecuted, what they mean is that they get away with it because there are almost no mechanisms to prove it.

Judicial Watch, an invaluable conservative organization, sued the State of Oregon for its practice of mailing ballots to its "eligible voters" without ensuring that the voters were, indeed, eligible. Rather than face the lawsuit and the inevitable discovery proving their intention to cheat, the state settled it, agreeing to clean 800,000 ineligible voters off its rolls.

800,000. In a state of 4.3 million people, with only 3.4 million registered voters. That's about one out of four voters on the rolls. And those are only the ones we know about.

Sure, Oregon will clean their registered voter rolls. They will probably complete the cleansing some time around Mid-November.

“The States run crooked elections”

The FEC/EAC/HAVA give FREE MONEY to Secretaries of State and local election officials. All the lucky recipients have to do is let the FEC/EAC/HAVA dictate the “rules” and list of “approved” contractors.

Example: 2013 GA SOS Kemp did not want to beg the legislature for money and let them hold an IOU. So GA’s Kemp got FREE MONEY from HAVA for the voter registration system used in 2020. That voter registration system had to contract with an “approved” contractor. All approved contractors were FOD Friends of Dodd, CT Sen Chris Dodd, who just happened to be the author of HAVA.

GA contracted with a FOD in CT who had exclaimed “It’s almost as if HAVA was written specifically for me.” The FOD contractor wanted to turn a profit, which was difficult after the massive donations to Dem Senators in CT, WV, and even a few “Republicans”.

So the FOD outsourced to India the design and development of the GA Voter Registration system. A couple H1b handled the communication between GA, CT and India. The GA Voter Registration System was designed and built by people who did not understand the laws and customs of the US (and GA). They also did not understand basic IT.

For example, the “DBA” did not know the difference between normalized and denormalized data. The result was the the GA voter registration system was poorly designed, difficult to maintain and extremely slow...so slow that it could not perform with the volume of voters expected in Nov 2020.

That expected poor performance was the technical reason for the massive mailing of unsolicited ballots to us. Of course, COVID was the other excuse for massive mail in ballots.

So “the states run crooked elections” must be seen in the context that the states (GA) did exactly what HAVA paid GA to do and what HAVA intended. Sen Dodd’s HAVA in GA, AZ and many states is the reason we have the mess we have.

Back in 2014-2020 only a very few were concerned. Here on FR it was posted and few were concerned. Gary Cooley was made the scapegoat when HAVA was the real party at fault.
