Wednesday on CNN’s “OutFront,” Rep. Seth Moulton (D-MA) claimed that Secretary of War Pete Hegseth had committed war crimes.

He added, “And on top of that, we then have the strike where they came back in and hit it again, a double tap, just purely to kill these survivors who were clinging to wreckage. You know, it’s interesting, Erin, another historical analogy back in World War II, the Allies tried Nazi submarine captains for doing this exact same thing. And guess what the conclusion was? They got executed.”

The Allies killed millions of civilians during the bombing campaign against the Axis, and that included killing slave laborers from Russia, Poland, France, etc. who worked in those factories...in fact the policy was to kill as many of those workers as possible...by this moron’s logic FDR, Truman and Churchill are all war criminals x100...
He’s still working furiously to atone for his stated dislike of having his daughter share a bathroom or sports team with boys.
I would suggest that his actions in Iraq should be carefully examined.
The reason that Germans quit trying to rescue survivors was because of American war crimes. A German U-Boat was transporting survivors of a sunk British ship to a neutral port, under a Red Cross flag, when attacked by American bombers. The submarine survived the attack, most of the British (and Italian POW) survivors died.
