It’s not a matter of degree (or duration).
Whether you wait only five minutes before marrying your second wife (before first getting divorced your first wife), or you wait five years - it’s still bigamy.
And it’s not like you can use the excuse that you “forgot” that you were still married.

I didn’t say it wasn’t bigamy, i said it was not concurrent relationships.
That isn't of any legal relevance. Am also not sure that it is of any moral relevance.
Would at most be a logistical consideration.
