Majestic and picturesque, but deadly under certain circumstances!
If I ever get to see the Grand Canyon, I’ll probably feel close to what you felt about the immensity of it all.
I’m not a climber, though. Climbers must think about every single step they take. Correct?

Climbers must think about every single step they take. Correct? Thinking about every step. Especially wearing crampons (metal spikes) on your boots. If you step wrong you can rip up your leg. Or you can step without a good plant on ice and you slip and fall.
